Job Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly budget targets and KPI’s
Completing necessary reports and analyse to determine corrective actions
Assist in leading the team in a constructive and achievement orientated way, driving for a culture of safety and responsibility
Building and maintaining contacts with prospective customers to secure new business opportunities
Successfully manage the end to end sales process for small account customers: qualifying customer needs and budget, presenting appropriate solutions, negotiating and closing new business
Job Requirements:
Be physically fit, as there is some manual labour and have your forklift license (or willing to get one)
Have good computer skills
Have proven experience in leading a team and managing a sales/retail environment
Have high energy and enthusiasm and exceptional communication
Collaborate with other teams/divisions to ensure customer satisfaction
Be open to new, getting the job done and having fun along the way
