LOOKING FOR ADMIN COORDINATOR

We are looking for an experienced Admin Coordinator in UAE Job Details * Ad-hoc reporting and business reporting as required * Entering and tracking candidate information in database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information * Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive experience at Gilead by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly * Scheduling on-site interviews and partnering with senior level Administrative Co- ordinators * Liaising with Recruitment Partners to create a seamless high touch candidate experience * Co-ordinating complex candidate travel international domestic and expenses Job Requirements * Graduate holder * Only Female candidates need to apply * Minimum 
one year experience in the same field * Well versed in MS Office * Excellent coordination skills
