Assistant Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Store security and theft minimization. 

Rotation and Presentation of our product. 

Involvement in Shopping Centre Marketing opportunities. 

Leading, coaching and supervision of all Team Members. 

Maintaining company merchandising standards. 

Administration and implementation of company procedures at all times. 

Lead your team according to our Spend-less values. 

Job Skills:
Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising experience 

Understanding of sales budgets & KPI’s 

Have a reasonable level of physical fitness to perform strenuous duties on a weekly basis 

Strong Customer service skills 

2 years previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role 

Minimum 6 months supervisory experience 

Thrive in a fun at work 

Enjoy fast paced challenging work
