Job Summary
- manage all functions requited for day-to- day operations of IT systems including Network/Systems, applications , firewalls , ERP, CRM, backups/Restore , Security, IP telephones, desktop trouble shooting ,
- Networking (Lan, Wan, switches , VLAN IP telephones, CCTV and firewalls
- Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures.
Primary responsibilities
- Management of Domain Name, Backup Domain Server, Exchange server, Print server, File server, IP Telephone, IP Camera,
- Responsible of laying the network from switch to concern dept
- Creating new mail-box & defining quota, DNS, creating users,
- IP Telephone configuration and troubleshooting desktop and wireless at user end wireless access point
- Managing VPNs ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN
- Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration
