Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave applications, cancellation, termination, and etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field (preferably in F&B)
Arabic speaker but is excellent in english language
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, employees relation, MOL transactions knowledge, insurance and etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in problem solving and decision making
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
