Establishes and maintains the liaison relationship with business partners and IS\T in order to provide effective technical solutions.
- Acting as a bridge between all teams and relevant stakeholders for better communication and decision-making process to ensure enhanced system development.
- Work with the Project Managers on various activities like keeping track of Project Plan, Project Status, Deadlines and Change Management.
- Manage scope and change throughout the SDLC process of the product.
- Identifying, capturing, elicitation and documenting the business requirements as (BRS\SRS) with the ability to analyse these requirements from a business perspective.
- Effectively translate business needs to applications and operations that enable the organization to achieve its goal.
- Analyzes client operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
- Documents current business processes and models.
- Provides recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
- Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolution.
- Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to ensure and manage client satisfaction.
- Discusses work progress and obstacles.
- Conduct users, business partners, and senior management meetings to gather business requirements & specifications.
- Create Process Workflow diagrams, Use case scenarios, and data models.
- Work closely and effectively with developers, database designers and subject matter experts to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Create acceptance criteria for the proposed software solution in order to ensure that its implementation will meet the specified business requirements.
- Review the proposed business analysis deliverable and ensure their completeness.
- Perform UAT based on Business Requirements Document.
