Responsible for:
Facilities Management
• Assisting in the planning and execution of effective facilities related risk identification and mitigation activities;
• Assisting in the execution of preventive, reactive and general maintenance schemes;
• Assisting in the execution of all facilities management activities and ensuring full compliance to best practices;
• Supporting seniors in the process of selection and performance evaluation of external service providers.
Duties of an owner representative:
• Handle all required coordination and follow up with sub-contractor.
• Regular visits to completed or ongoing construction projects.
• Good knowledge on the entire aspects of construction, provide solutions to small problems while eliminating larger problems that arise and recommending solutions to management.
• Inspect finished project and submit report to management and ensure that it aligns with management requirement.
