We are urgently hiring a 'Business Development Manager' for our Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Designation: Business Development ManagerSalary: AED 6000 - AED 7000 plus Commission Note:
- The candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License.
- The commission will be discussed during the interview.
- Responsible for reaching out to Companies to understand their hiring needs.
- Should have skills and experience in understanding how various businesses work, the nuances and challenges facing various industries and a broad understanding of HR challenges and functions in the UAE.
- Understanding the business scenario and assisting business heads and management in all areas of Human Resources and Marketing including Business Development and Client Acquisition.
- Proactively generate leads and referrals, reach out and contact management / senior HR decision makers in UAE based organizations.
- Arrange & attend meetings, follow up and discuss employer needs in a consultative manner.
- Be well versed in Human Capital platform functionalities, candidate demographics and general employment trends in the region.
- Attend Human Resources events plus any other networking events in the annual calendar.
- Strategic decision making with regards to account management and proposal creation.
- Ongoing relationship management / CRM with your accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business.
- Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist.
- Overall responsibility for manpower planning and recruitment.
