Sales Engineer

Job Summary
  • Create awareness of Elsewedy products in the market.
  • Strengthen Elsewedy Electric connections with the local government, Corporates and contractors by extending existing relationships to facilitate new partnerships and to be in the approved supplier list of all major Power buyers
  • Lead the development and capture of client relationships, strategic initiatives, and emerging opportunities in the public sector or contractors with proven relationships with all decision makers.
  • Create short term business strategy objectives for profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plan to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Delivering Technical presentations, advise customers on best products from the company product portfolio and negotiate with prospective clients for allocation of work to the company.
  • Drive the process to research the client's aspirations and sharing this knowledge and intelligence with the team.
  • Develop and provide creative business proposals and quotations on the time to meet customer RFQ's.
  • Act as client interface on Proposals and Tender document submissions.
  • Identify gaps in proposal requirements and work with team to address gaps for a compliant response.
  • Analyze opportunities, act upon them, create and maintain funnel of opportunities commensurate with growth ambition of the company and communicate those to senior management.
  • Build sales pipeline via customer visits, jobs site visits, training, sales presentations, and account plans for key customer demands.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly & annually sales reports and present it to management.
  • Represent Elsewedy Electric at targeted trade shows and industry events
  • Maintain competitive intelligence respective account assignment.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or related technical Education
  • Should have experience in distribution/Electrical/Wiring/Cabling Industries with Oil and Gas background.
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Strategic Decision Making
  • Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills
