EXPERIENCED ADMIN COORDINATOR

Job Details:

Ad-hoc reporting and business reporting, as required
Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive experience at Gilead by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly.
Scheduling on-site interviews and partnering with senior level Administrative Co- ordinators.
Liaising with Recruitment Partners to create a seamless, high touch, candidate experience.
Co-ordinating complex candidate travel (international/domestic) and expenses.

Job Requirements:

Graduate holder.
Well versed in MS Office.
Only Female candidates need to apply.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
