Job description
- Control both company and project documentation.
- Prepare, operate and update document control procedures.
- Ensure all documentation meets format requirements and client/company standards.
- Produce document progress reports for Project Managers as required.
- Collect and store files from various company departments.
- Use computer software to facilitate the organisation and distribution of documents within a company.
- Help to ensure documents are requested and delivered at the appropriate times to help contribute towards timely project completion.

- Superior mentoring, organisational, presentational and communication skills.
Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma with minimum 3 to 4 years of UAE experience.
