Customer Care Operator

Job Requirements:
  • Detailed understanding of the technical aspects of superannuation, insurance and investments
  • Superb writing skills and the ability to take complex information and make it clear and engaging
  • Demonstrated client, project and production management experience across a range of communication programs and vehicles (digital and traditional media)
  • Degree qualified in communications, marketing or PR
  • 3-5 years+ experience working in a super fund, investment manager or financial services communication agency
