Coordinate with all Dept. Sections to prepare CAPE X proposals and business plan.
Create PR's for material, & Service related to Capital Projects
Create AR and WBS for approved CAPEX.
High level of coordination skills an order to gather cost data from project leaders, others sections.
Assist Project Engineers in entering the cost estimate in the project plans in Primavera or other Project management tools.
Demonstrated skills in prioritization and time management to ensure that the project reports are timely compiled.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for Capex and cost monitoring
Maintain electronic hard copy filing for project Cost reports and other cost related documents.
Perform Asset capitalization and Capital Projects closing activities timely.
