- Control food stock and food cost in your section
- Prepare the daily misplace and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles
- Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
- Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions
- Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
- Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
- Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold
- Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
- Productivity and efficiency in all areas apart from restaurant
- Leading daily operations in dish wash and storage
- Should have experience in American food like Burger, Chicken Fillet sandwich, Shawerma and Slider burger
- Must have knowledge about catering preparation
- Must have experience to create Food, Recipes and Sauce.
