Head of Finance, Up to AED 40,000 per month, Dubai

Our client is seeking to hire a Head of Finance. In this role you will be managing, planning, steering and safeguarding the processes in the areas of accounting, national and international taxation and debtor risk; management with the goal of steering, safeguarding and further developing processes in the area of responsibility. You will be responsible for supervising one employee. You must have relevant retail or e-commerce industry experience, please only apply if you meet the criteria otherwise your application will not be reviewed.Description:• Drawing up and coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; collaboration on developing final comments and reporting documents
• Contact person for financial and taxation queries by Executive Management/Management Board, shareholders and external auditors
• Implementing and safeguarding regularity of and implementing statutory modifications and specifications ((EStG (Income Tax Act), HBG (Commercial Code), UStG (VAT Act) etc.) as well as IFRS
• Monitoring and actively managing working capital
• Coordinating collaboration and cooperation with external service-providers (Customer Service, logistics, collection, credit rating)
• Coordinating and implementing company-wide projects, especially in the international environment, in the area of investors and financial market
• Safeguarding and optimizing processes in the area of Debtor Risk Management
• Establishing and developing the “National and International tax” function
• Developing qualified financial instruments and processes for accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Drawing up and coordinating the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the company as per IFRS, including consolidation, outlining the notes and management report
• Collaborating on setting up and designing effective compliance, especially in the finance and tax environment
• Managing and promoting staff in own delegation area; decisions relating to individual personnel measures in co-ordination with the respective superior
• Collaboration on developing plans and forecasts
