Our Dubai based E-commerce Retail Client is looking for a Bilingual Media Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience working in the Retail/E-Commerce industry or have an agency background.
The role requires someone with a sound understanding of Digital Media planning and who can work closely with an external agency to identify which media platforms will work best and be in line with the organisation’s digital strategy. This role requires someone who is fluent in both Arabic and English.Description:• Development of performance and data driven
• Manage channel media plans, covering SEM, paid social, programmatic affiliates
• Developing a robust measurement and analysis approach across the agency, with a focus on ROI, attribution and cross channel conversion analysis
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure there is a clear campaign brief, including audience and performance goals
• Driving innovation by proactively recommending improvements in ways of working, as well as tools, new technologies
• Supervising the implementation of the approved media plans using industry best practice

Criteria:• Fluent in Arabic and English
• 2 - 3 years’ Media Planner experience in an agency or client side
• Highly analytical with a data led approach and a passion for driving innovation
• Extensive knowledge of industry tools for optimizations, research, measurement and analysis
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data led analysis, with the ability to turn the data into actions
• Must currently reside in the UAE
